What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your booking you must acknowledge a team member or representative 5 business days before the event date to get a full refund. Cancelling after 5 days you will not refunded and your order will be cancelled. If your event was cancelled you can always switch the delivery date free of charge.

What is the power needed for the blower?

In general, a bounce house will need a blower rated for 115 volts and between 7 to 14 amps to inflate a bounce house properly. Larger bounce houses may require a second blower, and an additional circuit to keep it inflated. Blowers between 1 to 2 horsepower are commonly used to keep bounce houses inflated.

Do you have insurance for public areas?

Unfortunately, we do not have insurance for public areas.

Is extension chords included?

Yes, extension chords are included only on request.

How does the pickup option work?

You MUST pay a $500 security deposit with a credit card only on the day of pickup. ONLY applies if you opt for pick up.

We will also need a copy of a Government ID for security purposes only.

Can we choose the colour of that ball pit balls?

We can customize the ball pit balls upon request, certain castles or ball pits require a certain amount of balls to fill. In this case, customers must contact us first to get approval, otherwise, it is just random mixed colours. We will try our best to accommodate as much as possible

Jayde's Castle understands the importance of having a budget-friendly event, in cases like this unfortunately we wouldn't be able to offer that discount. To secure any discount you must place your order before the discount end date and time.

3) I don’t see my city selection on the website how do i make a purchase or which city should select to still do a purchase?

To get a quote for delivery, please note that our one-way rate is $0.95 per km and our two-way rate is $1.90 per km. Jayde's Castle delivers anywhere in Ontario, when other companies won't come that far we will be here for you.

We don't have an official rain policy, however, Jayde’s Castle wants you guys to have a great day regardless of the weather. Most times it will only rain for a short period or sometimes it rains alot for an hour then it is back to normal.

Our only policy is that it is fully covered with a tarp and the blower is disconnected from the castle before the rain comes down. A white tarp can be requested free of charge, just please let
