Step-by-step process for setting up soft play equipment:

Due to the size and weight of the merry-go-round the venue must have a wide entryway to accommodate the size.It is essential to ensure there are no obstacles that may hinder the entry or exit of the equipment. Due to the weight and dimensions of the merry-go-round, we regretfully cannot service venues with an elevator or suitable ground-level access. The equipment requires a direct and accessible path for delivery and setup.

1. Choose a suitable location: Select a spacious area that is free from any obstacles, sharp objects, or potential hazards. Ensure there is ample room for children to move around and play safely.

2. Lay out the foam mats: Start by laying out foam mats on the floor to create a soft and cushioned surface. Connect the mats securely using the provided interlocking mechanisms or adhesive strips. Ensure the entire play area is covered with the mats.

3. Unfold and arrange soft play pieces: Unfold the soft play equipment pieces, such as foam blocks, ramps, tunnels, and slides. Arrange them in a way that encourages exploration, creativity, and safe play. Consider creating different play zones or activity areas within the space.

4. Secure the soft play pieces: Use hook-and-loop fasteners, straps, or other securing mechanisms provided with the soft play equipment to ensure stability and prevent pieces from shifting during play. Make sure all connections are tight and secure.

5. Set up any additional accessories: If your soft play equipment includes additional accessories like climbing walls, balance beams, or interactive panels, attach them securely according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure they are stable and safe for children to use.

6. Conduct a safety check: Walk around the play area and inspect the soft play equipment for any loose or damaged parts, sharp edges, or potential hazards. Check that all connections, fasteners, and attachments are secure. Remove any debris or foreign objects from the play area.

7. Provide supervision and guidelines: Assign responsible adults or supervisors to oversee the soft play area and ensure children are playing safely and within the designated play area. Place clear signage or instructions outlining any rules or guidelines for safe play.

1. Cleanliness:

NO SHOES/SOCKS ONLY

NO FACE PAINT/NO GRAVY
a. Please ensure that children using the soft play equipment are clean and free from excessive dirt, mud, or liquids.
b. Shoes must be removed before entering the play area to prevent tracking in dirt or damaging the equipment.
c. Avoid bringing food, drinks, or chewing gum into the play area to prevent stains and potential choking hazards.

2. Gentle Play:
a. NO roughhousing or engaging in behavior that may damage the equipment or pose a risk to themselves or others.
b.Users should avoid hanging from or pulling on any components of the soft play structure.
c. Avoid jumping from excessive heights onto the equipment, as this may cause damage and potential injury.

3. Proper Use of Accessories:
a. Use any accessories, such as interactive panels or sensory elements, as intended and avoid excessive force or misuse that may lead to damage.
b. Do not remove or tamper with any fixed components of the soft play equipment, including fasteners, straps, or attachments.

4. No Sharp Objects or Jewelry:
a. Please ensure that children do not bring any sharp objects, toys, or jewelry into the play area that may damage the equipment or pose a safety risk.
b. Remove any sharp accessories, such as belts or sharp hairpins, to prevent potential harm to both users and the equipment.

5. Report Damages or Hazards:
a. If you notice any damages, loose parts, or potential hazards within the play area, please inform our staff immediately.
b. Avoid using any equipment that appears to be damaged or in need of repair until it has been assessed and deemed safe.

6. Adult Supervision:
a. Adult supervision is essential to ensure the safety and appropriate behavior of children while using the soft play equipment.
b. Responsible adults should actively supervise children, intervening if necessary to prevent misuse or unsafe activities.
